This is an email I just sent to Circuit City... enjoy
I bought this item a LONG time ago.
When it was shipped to me i opened it and I was sad to see that it was not the item i had bought. I followed your return policy online and when to a store to return the product. I first went to the Circuit City in Danbury CT, after getting to the customer service desk the service person took a long look at the product and gave it back to me. She explained to me that she could not accept the return. I showed her the part of the printed return slip from the internet that i could return in store to save shipping cost, and she still did not accept the return. I had to leave the store with the product I did not order still with me.
I was advised to go to another store, so I went to a store in orange CT, with the same response.
I was FORCED to mail back a product I did not order in the first place, I had to pay to mail it back, never mind the useless trips to two separate stores that did not help at all.
This is entirely unacceptable.
At this point I still do not have the product, or heard anything about it in emails or this online account. I have not received any money back to my account, so at this point, I have paid your store money and i have nothing.
I expect an answer to what is going on.
and I assure you that at no point in my life i will ever enter another Circuit City (physically or online). I will be a loyal customer to Best Buy.

AHAHA if i had a dollar for EVERY time i heard this (except it's usually going to CC and never shopping at BBY again)
A little update:
Today (6/20) I called to see if they will be resolving my issue. After being bounced around about 4 times one of the managers said another manager will call me in 5-7 days.
